ABOUT THE PARK
Northwest Park features a variety of amenities and is enjoyed by different groups throughout the city and surrounding area. All are welcome to visit and enjoy the park!
Playground
Completed in 2016, the playground has been an amazing addition to the neighborhood for all the young 'uns, thanks to years of effort by the MWIA. Updates are expected in the coming years, including an additional swing set.
Mt. Washington Farmers Market
Open Sundays 10 am - 2pm, year-round. Winter Season runs November 5, 2023 - March 31, 2024.

Soccer Fields and Programs
Mt. Washington Soccer Club is an local soccer program that plays in Northwest Park.
Baseball Diamond and Programs
The baseball diamond was completed due to the efforts of Roland Park Baseball Leagues (RPBL), which is a youth baseball league for male and female participants ranging from t-ball to teen leagues, 5 - 15 years old.
Jones Falls Trail
The Jones Falls Trail now runs through the park has been a huge improvement to the community. The pedestrian bridge extends over Northern Parkway, providing bikers and pedestrians a safe and scenic route through Baltimore City to the south. To the north, the trail extends via West Rogers Avenue to the Mt. Washington Village.
Driving Range (Closed)
The driving range has been shuttered and FONWP is working with the Mount Washington community and Baltimore City to find new uses for the field.
